VIBE-CODED / AI-BUILT PRODUCT RESCUE

Your product works. Make it feel intentional.

I take one live AI-built or vibe-coded product and fix the UX, visual drift, missing states and production details that make it still feel like a prototype.

THE GAP AFTER VIBE CODING

Fast build. Uneven product.

Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor and Claude Code can get a product into the browser very quickly. The next problem is different: the screens exist, but the product does not yet behave like one coherent system.

  • UI drift. New screens introduce new spacing, components, typography and interaction rules.
  • Happy-path UX. Loading, empty, error, permission, validation and recovery states were never designed.
  • Weak hierarchy. Everything technically works, but users cannot immediately tell what matters or what to do next.
  • Demo-ready, not release-ready. Responsive behavior, edge cases and implementation details break when real usage starts.

WHAT I FIX

One critical flow, taken to production quality.

I do not restart the product or sell a full redesign by default. I find the smallest product surface where better decisions create the largest visible improvement.

  • UX structure. Flow, hierarchy, navigation, task order and decision points.
  • UI system. Type, spacing, components, tokens and repeatable patterns instead of one-off styling.
  • Product states. Loading, empty, error, success, permission, disabled, destructive and recovery behavior.
  • Responsive behavior. The selected flow works across the screens that matter, not only in the viewport it was generated in.
  • Design ↔ code alignment. The implementation is checked against the product rules so the visual fix survives handoff.

DELIVERABLE

A fixed-scope Product-Ready Sprint.

01

Review

I inspect the live product, Figma or repo and isolate the highest-impact product debt.

02

Fix

I redesign the chosen flow, states and system rules without expanding the scope sideways.

03

Handoff

You get the finished flow, reusable rules and a clear list of what to fix next—and what to leave alone.

FIT

This is for a product that already exists.

Good fit

You have a live MVP, working prototype or AI-built SaaS and can point to a flow that feels confusing, generic, inconsistent or unfinished.

Not required

You do not need a polished brief, a full product roadmap or a complete Figma file. A live URL, prototype or repo is enough to start the review.

Not a good fit

If you only have an idea and need an entire zero-to-one product invented, this is not the rescue sprint. The value here is improving something real that can already be inspected.

Price and scope

The review defines one bounded problem, the exact deliverables and a fixed quote before work starts. No retainer is required.

Send the version you are slightly embarrassed to show.

I will tell you what I would fix first, what I would leave alone and what a focused sprint would include.
